We've made it easy for you to join the Willchris family! We require a quick, one-time setup via Gingr — our secure, third-party client management portal used for registration and record-keeping.
Create an Account & Register on Gingr — Our Secure Third-Party Portal
Create an account and register your dog. This essential first step lets us manage our booking availability calendar. (This step must be completed first.)
Submit Booking Form
Once your account is successfully registered, return to this page and fill out our short form with your desired dates and specific service needs. Don't forget to include any enrichments and add ons you wish to book!
Confirmation & Welcome
Our team will review your booking request and confirm availability for your dates and services. We will send you a confirmation email or call you to finalize your pet's stay. Welcome to the Willchris family!

Making a Payment
For quick and easy payment, e-transfer to paws@willchriskennels.com. Any clients using credit cards on file through Gingrapp will be charged a 2.5% fee.
